Bought my 1st bottle of Pecan oil last year in Georgia on my way to Dunedin Florida and I was hooked! It has so many uses from searing meat to stir fry. It’s great in salads of all kinds, especially quinoa, and super in a vinaigrette! And the smell and taste are like fresh roasted pecans. Absolutely nothing compares, I have a savory addiction and literally “jones” for its flavor! Now I’ve ordered the sugared and the chocolate pecans. Can’t wait to hone the sweet addiction as well.
