When I pointed out a price error on web page, I was given the benefit of 5 lbs. for 3 lbs. price, over my objections. Then there was a snag in delivery that was not Pointe Coupee’s mistake, but every effort was made to help me receive my order, which I did. Pecans are really good and customer care is so appreciated. Will be back for more.

Costco is a wonderful source for so many things, but not nuts. What they sell is often stale or over-roasted. Finding a company whose existence depends on a single product is the best way to find superior quality. The pecans are incredibly fresh and very addictive. Instant shipping!

This is the first time I have bought from this vendor. The color was a little darker than I had expected. I was told that was due to the water that had to use to dip them in. the flavor wasn’t as robust as I had expected, that could be because of the growing conditions. Overall it’s a good product and they didn’t taste old.
