ONLINE ORDERING 
To send gifts to multiple addresses, complete our secure order form for the 1st gift.  Send the
additional names & addresses by email. This will eliminate filling out a complete form for each gift. 
Be sure to include a message for the gift card if desired. Shopping cart cannot calculate shipping
when orders are sent to multiple addresses so we will contact you with the correct total and will
ship after we get your approval. 

For orders over $150.00 - Shopping cart can not calculate shipping on orders over $150.00. We
will contact you with the correct total and will ship after we get your approval.

SHIPPING 
We ship with UPS and need a physical address. 
If we ship to a PO Box, there are additional charges per address. (insurance & tracking charges
plus their rates are higher.  We will contact you with the correct total and will ship after we get
your approval.)

Our customers are very important to us.  We assure you that we never disclose any of our
customer information with anyone. 

SATISFACTION POLICY 
We guarantee our pecans for quality. If there is a problem, return product within 14 days and we
can replace or refund. We want you to be satisfied with your pecans and we will provide a refund
or exchange for returned items. Contact us by email or phone for return instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
